Check your spam folder first — magic links sometimes land there on the first sign-in.

If still nothing after 5 minutes, request a new one from the sign-in screen. Each new request invalidates the previous email's link.

Open the DinkPass app → Đặt sân tab → tap the booking → tap Huỷ booking in the policy card.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. After that, the club may still charge the fee — the in-app dialog will remind you.

Open the event detail screen. If you're already signed up, you'll see a Huỷ đăng ký pill below the "Bạn đã đăng ký" banner. Tap it and confirm.

Past events can't be cancelled — only future ones.

DinkPass is a booking platform; we don't hold your payment. Refund requests go directly to the club where you booked. The club's phone number is on the club detail page.
